Getting Started
Now that you've decided to cleanse your body through the 7 Day Detox
Diet, your first step is to get all the necessary food. During this
program, we eat almost entirely organic foods. Most modern
supermarkets carry a fairly wide range of organic foods, but we
highly recommend shopping at
Trader Joe's or
Whole Foods if you
have one near by. Both these stores have a great selection of
organic food which you can use to obtain all the items on your
Grocery List.
Daily Menus
Each day of the 7 Day Detox Diet has a carefully crafted menu that
is tailored to help the body remove the maximum number of toxins. If
you follow the diet exactly as specified, by the end of 7 days you
should feel healthier, more energetic, and thinking clearer.
Finishing Up
Our program is not intended to be a miracle cure or a crash diet. Our
greatest hope is that once you complete day 7, you will use the momentum
