This will ensure that you do not need to deviate from the detoxification process because of missing ingredients, or be unprepared to complete the program. We also have worked hard to find foods that are healthy, tasty, and still facilicate the body's natural detoxification processes.

Getting Started

Now that you've decided to cleanse your body through the 7 Day Detox Diet, your first step is to get all the necessary food. During this program, we eat almost entirely organic foods. Most modern supermarkets carry a fairly wide range of organic foods, but we highly recommend shopping at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods if you have one near by. Both these stores have a great selection of organic food which you can use to obtain all the items on your Grocery List.
