8 oz. ulta-purified water

Dinner
8 medium sized shrimp, sauteed in organic extra virgin olive oil
1 large organic baked potato
5 spears steamed organic asparagus
8 oz. organic lemonade made with ultra-purified water OR
8 oz. ultra-purified water

Evening Snack
1 organic banana
